Ways To Reward Yourself For Reaching A Weight Loss Milestone

You may not want to invest in a new wardrobe yet, especially if you have quite a few more pounds to shed. Accessories, however, could be enjoyed now and after your goal is reached. Suggestions include a crystal necklace, a pair of soft leather gloves, or a silk scarf.
A day at the spa might be just the reward you need to boost your spirits. A facial, manicure, and massage can sometimes be a powerful incentive to stick with your diet plan. You could also have your hair cut and styled, either at the spa or at your favorite salon.
